Hi, I'm Brenda Bullard and I have been making ropes and handles for tournament water skiers
since 1992. I graduated from Las Cruces High School in 1976 and from Arizona State University
with a B.S. in Marketing in 1980. My son Jordan turned 17 on June 2nd and is a Senior at Las
Cruces High School. He played football this past year and the 2008 Las Cruces Bulldawgs are the
New Mexico 5A State Champions! He is playing football again this year as defensive tackle and the
Bulldawgs just beat the number 2 ranked team. He also plays basketball for the Las Cruces
Bulldawgs.

The questions I get asked most often are:

Is this your only income? YES

Do you still ski? NO

I tournament skied as a 3-eventer for six years, starting at age 29, and was working on 28' off,
tricked about 2000 points, and jumped 77 feet. After I had Jordan I just really never got a chance
to ski. I am now in training for the Senior Olympics and plan to compete in the 800 meter and shot
put. For fun, I also play mandolin and sing in a bluegrass band. My son plays the string bass and
sings.

I enjoy keeping up with the sport through my ropes and handles and thorougly enjoy your water ski
stories.
